(FUBiS)
Dr. Trammell is an associate professor of business and has worked at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC, since 2021. She earned her BBA, MS, and an MBA from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK and a DBA from Wilmington University in New Castle, DE. Dr. Trammell teaches a variety of courses in business, management and marketing. She grew up in Gdansk, Poland where she played professional basketball prior to coming to the US to pursue education. She spent the first part of her professional career teaching at a liberal arts college in Oklahoma serving mostly Indigenous students. Her research and dissertation, completed in 2020, were focused on barriers to higher education among Indigenous students. She was a first-generation student, an international student, and a student athlete, so she feels she understands and identifies with these populations but loves working with all students. She is a world traveler, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering at an animal shelter.
