As a student of the Master program of Social and Cultural Anthropology at Freie Universität Berlin, Juna always had a deep interest in diverse languages and cultures as well as corresponding religious and political systems. Due to the regional focus on Asia, especially East and Central Asia, she recently spent half a year in Beijing (China), supporting one of the seven Liaison Offices of Freie Universität Berlin by affording guidance to Chinese students, interested in undertaking PhD or Postdoc studies at Freie Universität Berlin. After Juna returned to Berlin she aimed to continue working in the field of higher education, assisting international students studying abroad in the first place.
